Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands):
Standard shipping with delivery in 2 to 4 business days.

European Union:
Express shipping with delivery in 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country.

United Kingdom & Switzerland:
Express shipping with delivery in 3 to 6 business days.

International (Outside the EU):
Standard shipping with delivery in 7 to 15 business days, subject to the customs processing time in the destination country.

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched and do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you do not receive this email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@polaswimwear.com.

Taxes & Customs Duties

Within the European Union:
No additional customs duties or taxes will be applied, as orders are shipped from Spain.

Outside the European Union:
Orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, a reshipping fee will apply.

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the items or shipping address. Please review your information carefully before confirming your purchase.
