Return and Refund Policy – Pola Swimwear

At Pola Swimwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange under the following terms:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.

  • For products: the 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

  • For services: the 14-day period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

  • If the withdrawal period ends on a non-working day, it will automatically be extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@polaswimwear.com with your order number and your decision to return the product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund using the same original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued in the form of store credit or gift cards.

  • Refunds will be made within the legal timeframe after we confirm receipt of the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

If you prefer, we also accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, sending clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Returns are not accepted on sale or discounted items unless faulty.

  • Returns will not be accepted outside the specified timeframe.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items sent by Pola Swimwear).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Pola Swimwear is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
